Sewall is pleased to announce that Senior Consultant and Biometrician Timothy Mack, ACF, recently earned his license as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (CGA) in the State of Minnesota. His newest certification supports Sewall’s forest and natural resource valuation and due diligence efforts.
As a Senior Consultant in Forestry & Natural Resources, Mr. Mack performs forest modeling, inventory, due diligence, and appraisal work throughout the world, from native tropical forests to pine and eucalyptus plantations in Australasia. He is widely regarded as a specialist in teak, having cruised, modeled, and appraised plantations throughout Central and South America. During his career, he has designed and built forest-level harvest schedule models and implemented their results on the ground.
